Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Vistill, including its free windows, limited previews, Premium subscriptions, and one-time scene purchases.

By downloading or using Vistill, you agree to these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play used to obtain the app.

1. Service and operator

Vistill is operated by the developer identified on the applicable App Store or Google Play listing. Vistill provides illustrated ambient scenes, environmental audio, subtle motion, time-of-day changes, and display-timer functions.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You do not acquire ownership of its art, audio, motion, code, branding, or other content.

2. Free content and previews

Vistill may include free scenes and limited-time previews of Premium scenes. Starting a preview does not create a subscription or charge you. Available scenes and features may vary by release, device, region, rights availability, and store rules.

3. Premium subscriptions

  • Monthly and annual plans unlock the Premium collection available in your current version and region while the subscription is active.
  • The price, billing period, taxes, and any offer terms are shown by the App Store or Google Play before confirmation.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your store account before renewal under the store’s rules.
  • Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period.

4. One-time scene purchases

Selected scenes may be offered as non-consumable purchases on one platform. “Keep this scene” means continued access through the purchasing store account while Vistill and the relevant store service remain available. It does not transfer copyright or guarantee transfer between Apple and Google platforms.

5. Accounts, restoration, and review access

Vistill 1.0 does not require a Vistill account and does not promise cross-platform entitlement synchronization. Use “Restore purchases” with the store account that made the purchase.

Any review-access code supplied to an app-store reviewer is limited to legitimate store review. Unauthorized sharing, resale, automated guessing, or use of review access may be blocked.

6. Refunds and entitlement changes

Payments, cancellations, refunds, revocations, billing retries, and subscription management are handled under Apple or Google policies. Vistill may update access when it receives a valid store or RevenueCat event.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • extract, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly broadcast, or commercially reuse Vistill’s art, audio, motion, or code;
  • bypass purchases, abuse review access, probe private services, or interfere with the app’s operation or security;
  • use Vistill in a way that violates law, store rules, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.

This section does not restrict rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

8. Content and service changes

We may update, replace, or remove content or features for quality, security, rights, technical, or legal reasons. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law and store rules.

9. Safety and disclaimers

Vistill is an ambient visual and listening experience. It is not a medical device, sleep treatment, alarm, emergency service, or safety monitoring system. Do not rely on it for health, safety, or emergency decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, Vistill is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mandatory consumer guarantees and rights in your country remain unaffected.

10. Liability and governing rules

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use Vistill. Any mandatory consumer protections, jurisdiction, and dispute rights that apply where you live take priority over inconsistent limitations in these terms.

11. Contact and changes to these terms

Questions may be sent to support@vistill.app. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.

Vistill 由適用的 App Store 或 Google Play 商店頁面所列開發者營運， 提供插畫環境場景、環境聲、細緻動態、時段變化及顯示計時功能。

您取得個人、有限、非專屬、不可轉讓且可撤銷的 App 使用授權，不取得 圖像、聲音、動態、程式碼、品牌或其他內容的所有權。

2. 免費內容與預覽

Vistill 可能提供免費場景及 Premium 場景的限時預覽。開始預覽不會 建立訂閱或扣款。可用場景與功能可能依版本、裝置、地區、權利狀態及 商店規則而異。

3. Premium 訂閱

  • 訂閱有效期間，月訂與年訂會解鎖目前版本及所在地區可用的 Premium 收藏。
  • 價格、計費週期、稅額與優惠條件，會在確認前由 App Store 或 Google Play 顯示。
  • 除非您依商店規則在續訂前透過商店帳號取消，訂閱會自動續訂。
  • 取消通常會在目前已付款期間結束後生效。

4. 單景購買

部分場景可能在單一平台作為非消耗性商品販售。「保留此場景」代表 Vistill 與相關商店服務持續可用期間，可透過購買時的商店帳號存取； 不代表移轉著作權，也不保證 Apple 與 Google 平台之間可以轉移。

5. 帳號、恢復與審查存取

Vistill 1.0 不要求建立 Vistill 帳號，也不承諾跨平台權益同步。請用 原購買商店帳號執行「Restore purchases」。

提供給 App 商店審查人員的審查存取碼，只限合法商店審查使用。未經 授權的分享、轉售、自動猜測或濫用可能遭到封鎖。

6. 退款與權益變更

付款、取消、退款、撤銷、計費重試與訂閱管理，依 Apple 或 Google 政策處理。Vistill 在收到有效商店或 RevenueCat 事件後，可能更新權益。

7. 合理使用

您不得：

  • 抽取、重新散布、出售、再授權、公開播送或另行商用 Vistill 的圖像、 聲音、動態或程式碼；
  • 規避購買、濫用審查存取、探查私有服務，或干擾 App 的運作與安全；
  • 以違反法律、商店規則、智慧財產權或他人權利的方式使用 Vistill。

本節不限制適用法律不允許我們限制的權利。

8. 內容與服務變更

我們可能因品質、安全、權利、技術或法律原因更新、替換或移除內容與 功能。重大變更將依適用法律及商店規則處理。

9. 安全與免責

Vistill 是環境視聽體驗，不是醫療器材、睡眠治療、鬧鐘、緊急服務或 安全監控系統。請勿依賴 Vistill 作成健康、安全或緊急決定。

在法律允許範圍內，Vistill 依「現況」及「可用狀態」提供。您所在地 不得排除的消費者保障與權利不受影響。

10. 責任與適用規則

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，營運者不對使用或無法使用 Vistill 所 產生的間接、附帶、特殊或衍生損失負責。您居住地適用的強制消費者 保障、管轄及爭議權利，優先於本條款中不一致的限制。

11. 聯絡與條款更新

問題可寄至 support@vistill.app。當服務 或法律要求變更時，我們可能更新條款；頁面頂端生效日期代表目前版本。
