Vistill 1.0 does not require an account. Most purchase and subscription questions can be resolved through the store account used for the original purchase.

Restore a purchase
Open Vistill → Vistill Premium → Restore purchases. Use the same App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase.
Manage a subscription
Change or cancel your plan from the Subscriptions section of your App Store or Google Play account.
Purchase not appearing
Confirm the store account, internet connection, and purchase status, then try Restore purchases once.
Privacy request
Email us with “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not include complete payment-card information.
Contact Vistill
Include your platform (iPhone, iPad, or Android), Vistill version, scene name, and a short description. For purchase issues, include the store order or transaction reference only if needed—never a complete card number.

We aim to respond within three business days. Complex purchase, privacy, or rights requests may take longer if store verification is required.
Refunds
Apple and Google process payments and refunds. If you need a refund, use the purchase-history or support tools for the store where you bought Vistill. We can help identify the product and entitlement, but we cannot directly issue every store refund.
Safety
Vistill is not an emergency, medical, alarm, or safety-monitoring service. For urgent safety or medical needs, contact the appropriate local service.

寄信至 support@vistill.app預計回覆時間
我們以三個工作天內回覆為目標。需要商店驗證的購買、隱私或權利問題， 可能需要較長處理時間。
退款
付款與退款由 Apple 或 Google 處理。若需申請退款，請使用原購買商店的 購買紀錄或支援工具。我們可以協助確認商品與權益，但無法直接核發所有 商店退款。
安全
Vistill 不是緊急、醫療、鬧鐘或安全監控服務。如有緊急安全或醫療需求， 請聯絡所在地的適當服務。
